Terms of Use

Last updated: 13 October 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and JodiNo1 ("JodiNo1", "we"). By creating an account you accept them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract under Indian law. Accounts of anyone under 18 are removed.

2. Your account

Give accurate information, use your own real photos, and keep your password private. One person, one account. Impersonation is not allowed.

3. Community rules

• No nudity, sexual content or sexually explicit conversation in photos, chats or video calls.
• No harassment, hate speech, threats or abuse.
• No asking for or sending money, no scams, no selling, no promotion.
• No sharing other people's private information or recording calls without consent.
• No commercial or escort services.

We may remove content and suspend or ban accounts that break these rules, and report illegal activity to authorities.

4. Paid features

Premium gives time-limited features for the period you buy; it does not renew automatically. Coins are a virtual credit usable only inside JodiNo1, have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Prices are shown in INR before you pay. See the Refund Policy.

5. Video calls

The first part of each call is free as shown in the app. After that, the caller is charged coins per minute at the rate shown before the call continues.

6. Safety disclaimer

We do not run criminal background checks on members. You are responsible for your interactions. Read our safety tips.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Cuttack, Odisha have jurisdiction.
