• Never send money or share bank, UPI or OTP details with a match, whatever the story. Report anyone who asks.
• Keep chats in the app until you trust someone.
• Use a video call before meeting to confirm the person is who they say they are.
• Look for the verified badge.
• Don't share your home address, workplace or intimate photos.

Meeting in person

• Meet in a busy public place for the first few dates.
• Tell a friend where you're going and with whom.
• Arrange your own transport.
• Stay in control of your drink and leave whenever you feel uncomfortable.
