Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 October 2026. This policy explains how JodiNo1 processes your personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone (optional), gender, date of birth, city.
• Profile content: photos, bio, interests, verification selfie.
• Approximate location, only if you allow it, to show people nearby. Your exact location is never shown to others; we show distance in kilometres.
• Messages, likes, matches and call records (time and duration only; video and audio are not recorded or stored by us).
• Payment records. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay; we never see them.

Why we use it

To run the service, show you compatible people, keep members safe, process payments, prevent fraud and meet legal duties. We do not sell your data.

Who can see what

Other members see your name, age, city, approved photos, bio and online status. Our moderators review photos and reports.

Your rights

You can access and correct your data in your profile, withdraw consent for location at any time, and delete your account from the Profile page. Deletion removes your profile, photos, likes, matches and messages; payment records are kept as required by tax law.

Security

Passwords are hashed, connections use HTTPS, and photo metadata (including GPS) is removed on upload.
